- Evaluations – Stages; Plan I, Plan II and Plan III status ratings; Teachscape Training
- Tenure approval and monitoring
- Non-renewal of employees
- Development and implementation of a state aligned evaluation tool.
- Technology Upgrades System wide
- School Improvement Support, building visits, walkthroughs and observations.
- Administrator Mentoring
- Board Policies and Administrative Guidelines
- Professional Development for Administrators and Support to Teacher PD
Amal Alcodray Primary Responsibilities Instructional (DFT , ADSA, & Exempt) —Supervises David Hardoin and Joanna Matchynski in the HR department
