Apply now for a winter 2019 start- ACCELERATED 18-month program
 A 34-credit, post-master’s degree program designed to be completed in 18-months as a cohort; with
the option of applying up to 28 credits of this Ed.S. toward OU’s Ph.D. or 20 credits towards the Ed.D.
in Education
 Mentorship and action research in your area of interest to provide opportunities to customize your
program
 This newly revised degree program focuses on leading schools with essential skills in stress
management, emotional intelligence, self-care, and mindfulness-based practices embedded in the
quality administrative preparation course work
 Outstanding faculty with extensive experience in school leadership including the program

coordinator, Dr. Caryn Wells, who has extensive training and teaching experience in Mindfulness-
Based practices

 Classes held @ the MUC in Macomb County with an innovative design of course offerings including:

 Tuesday night classes once a week from 5:30-8:50
 Five Saturday classes from 9:00-3:00 in both the fall and winter of the 2-year program
 Two totally on-line classes

 Develop professional relationships & network with educators from varied & diverse backgrounds
