A 34-credit, post-master’s degree program designed to be completed in 18-months as a cohort; with
the option of applying up to 28 credits of this Ed.S. toward OU’s Ph.D. or 20 credits towards the Ed.D.
in Education

management, emotional intelligence, self-care, and mindfulness-based practices embedded in the
quality administrative preparation course work
Outstanding faculty with extensive experience in school leadership including the program
coordinator, Dr. Caryn Wells, who has extensive training and teaching experience in Mindfulness-
Based practices
Classes held @ the MUC in Macomb County with an innovative design of course offerings including:
Tuesday night classes once a week from 5:30-8:50
Five Saturday classes from 9:00-3:00 in both the fall and winter of the 2-year program
Two totally on-line classes
Develop professional relationships & network with educators from varied & diverse backgrounds
