The majority of substitutes have picked up their checkS for the time they worked in the District during the September 30, 2018 – October 13, 2018 pay period and the October 14, 2018 – October 22, 2018 pay period.
Substitutes that have questions or concern regarding their check amount must complete this form. DO NOT USE THIS FORM IF YOU DID NOT PICK UP YOUR CHECK.
Adjustments to the check amounts will require a four week processing time period, which means our goal is to have checks distributed and adjusted as needed by December 19, 2018.
