Job Opportunity: Wayne State University’s Teacher Education Division, Office of Clinical Experiences is seeking field instructors to work with teaching interns in classrooms during the winter term. Involves observation of teaching, feedback on lessons, and coaching conversations with interns during school hours. Could be as few as a 1-2 interns, or more, depending on what you would prefer. Flexible schedule. Opportunity to work with pre-student or student teaching interns. Pre-student teaching interns meet for a weekly seminar on Tuesdays, 9-12 at a school-based location co-determined by the field instructor and Director. Student teachers meet for a monthly seminar at a location co-determined by the field instructor and Director. Opportunity to work with a great team of field instructors and amazing teaching interns in schools in districts in Metropolitan Detroit.
