Quinn Evans facilities study

In June 2025, Quinn Evans issued a detailed report about conditions at the district’s buildings. The full three-volume report is available on the Additional Resources page on the district’s Facilities Planning website. Please see that page for the executive summary. Below are sections of the report regarding each of the buildings included in the study. These sections are broken out to make it easier for stakeholders to find and access the information by building.

Before the Quinn Evans study, the district hired Fielding International to evaluate district buildings with an eye towards educational needs and expected trends in the coming decades. That report is also on the Additional Resources page.

The 2026 bond plan combines recommendations from both reports in addition to community feedback to create a comprehensive long-term plan to address building needs.
