Dearborn Mentors,
All mentor SCECH forms will be turned in to Salwa Dakroub at ASC in room 14 after the first semester ends. Be sure to have the application signed by your building principal. You will be required to fill out a new application for second semester. No forms will be accepted before completing your requirements (end of first semester). Please see Dearborn Teacher University Handbook for additional mentoring requirements. If you have misplaced you SCECH Form, you can print it here.
