My child is having trouble in class. What should I do?
Have your child talk through the assignment with you. Check the office hours for the teacher and call during this time. Send an email with the question and you will receive a response no later than 24 hours.
Is there someone I can call for Technology Support?
Yes. We have established a Family Help Desk support line: 313-827-8400. Someone will answer this line between 7 a.m and 4:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday). We can help with things like resetting a child’s password, connecting a Chromebook, or questions about MiStar.
