- Creativity, Teamwork, Inventive Thinking – Camp Invention Offers All
Camp Invention, an exciting week-long, full-day experience for children entering grades one through six, will once again be back in Dearborn.  This year, Henry Ford Elementary School, 16140 Driscoll, will host the camp during the week of August 1 through August 5. Children will have the opportunity to be inspired, express their creativity, and use inventive-thinking through loads of hands-on activities and F-U-N!  Camp Director, Kristie Lica, will lead the daily learning activities. The program features a low staff-to-child ratio, with one staff member for every eight to ten children.
Camp Invention is a summer enrichment program that fosters creativity, teamwork, inventive-thinking skills, and science literacy. Children enhance their understanding of science, math, history, and the arts as they participate daily in five activity-oriented thematic modules. The cost for Camp Invention is $215 and includes snacks and a cool T-shirt, but hurry as Camp Invention is limited to 110 children.
